1. Definitions
Provider — the operator of the PulseBot#8131 account (ID: 1474835666603999354) on Discord.
Bot — the PulseBot#8131 Discord application.
Website — the website and dashboard available at https://pulsebot.pl.
Discord — the application and service operated by Discord Inc.
User — any person using the Bot or Website.
Service — features supplied electronically through the Bot or Website.
Premium — a paid extension of the Service assigned to one Discord server.

3. General provisions
The Provider gives Users access to the Bot's features and the configuration dashboard. PulseBot is an independent application and is not an official Discord Inc. product.
The Provider may carry out maintenance, update features or temporarily restrict the Service. To the extent permitted by law, the Provider is not responsible for interruptions caused solely by force majeure, unlawful third-party actions, Discord failures or infrastructure outside the Provider's control.
4. Technical requirements

- Internet access
- an up-to-date browser with JavaScript and required cookies enabled when using the Website
- the Discord permissions required to add or configure the Bot
5. Rules for using the Service
The Provider may restrict or block a User who violates these rules.
- the Service must not be used for activities prohibited by Polish or European law
- Users must not violate Discord's Terms, Community Guidelines or developer rules
- Users must not disrupt the Bot, Website or connected infrastructure
- Users must not violate other people's security or privacy
- security testing, bypassing restrictions or attempting unauthorised access requires the Provider's prior permission
Server administrators are responsible for content, module settings and moderation rules configured on their Discord servers.
6. Premium and payments
Premium is a paid digital service assigned to one Discord server. The price, trial period, billing frequency and next charge date are shown before purchase. Payments and subscriptions are processed by Stripe.
The subscription renews automatically as described at checkout until it is cancelled through the PulseBot dashboard or Stripe customer portal. Cancellation stops the next renewal and does not remove access before the end of the paid period.
The Provider does not offer voluntary refunds for a billing period that has already started. This does not limit mandatory rights, including remedies for a digital service that does not conform to the contract. A statutory withdrawal right may be excluded only in the cases and after the conditions required by law have been met, including any required express consent and acknowledgement from the User.
7. Personal data
Data processing is described in the Privacy Policy. The Provider applies technical and organisational measures appropriate to the Service. Data that is not needed for the selected features should not be collected.
Users may use a pseudonym configured on their Discord account.
8. Final provisions
The Provider may make technical changes, add or remove features and temporarily suspend the Service. Material changes to these Terms are published on the Website.
These Terms apply from their publication date. Matters not covered by them are governed by applicable Polish law.
